We all need a Productivity system to do the things we’re supposed to do efficiently without wasting our time or energy. All the tools that I’ve mentioned below are free and will help your brain focus on the meaningful, creative aspects of your work and leave the organizing or clerical part of your job to these applications. Hence your brain can work more efficiently without stressing about the cleaning up job that it is not designed to do .

A) Cooby: This is a chrome extension. We use WhatsApp 10 times more than any other app daily. We chat with our parents, our friends, and family all of this happening simultaneously in one app at a given time. Many a time you lose track of the important messages you were supposed to take a look at or reply to, as you were distracted by other messages! It’s just really hard to focus on one thing when there are so many things going on. That’s when ‘Cooby’ comes into the picture. It helps you divide all of your conversations depending on their type. For example, if you’re talking to your classmates it’s going to be in the ‘work’ tab, if you’re chatting with your family it’s going to be in the ‘family’ tab. This makes your life so easy and helps you focus on one thing at a time.
